Privacy policy statement
- The protection of your personal information is important to us. Any personal details gathered from your application and all the attachments are only collected, processed and used by our company for the purpose of the analysis and assignment of your application. Your personal details are accessible only to the responsible HR staff member and will be made available to selected executives on an individual basis. Unless we are advised to the contrary by you, we will assume that we may consider your application for any unfilled positions.
- At the end of three months, your documents will be deleted if you have not taken up a position or submitted a fresh application within that time. We may with your agreement, also retain your documents in our data pool for a longer period so that we might, in certain circumstances, be able to offer you an alternative position. If you should withdraw your application, we will naturally delete the documents you have made available to us.
- The information you provide must be truthful, correct and up to date; it may not be incomplete, misleading or deceptive. We would point out that untrue or misleading information could lead to the termination of any potential employment relationship. Should your application documents give rise to rejection by, for example, failing to fulfil the purpose of an application, we expressly reserve the right to delete the documents.
- Data is encrypted for transmission and is processed in accordance with the general data protection standards based on the latest status of technology. All the parties involved are subject to a strict duty of confidentiality and shall therefore not forward any details relating to the user to any unauthorised third parties. When we receive your application documents, we will send a confirmation to you by email.
