We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft WCCE (Windows Client Certificate Enrollment) Protocol Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft’s certificate services, particularly in the implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of the WCCE protocol. The role involves working with enterprise PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) solutions, ensuring secure and efficient certificate enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

Your challenges and areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to:

  • Design, develop and implement WCCE-based certificate enrollment solution
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Windows certificate enrollment processes
  • Collaborate with security teams to enhance PKI infrastructure and policies
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for certificate enrollment and lifecycle management
  • Provide expert-level guidance on best practices for enterprise certificate management
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate certificate-based authentication with enterprise applications
  • Stay up to date with the latest security and compliance requirements related to certificate services

Required skills and experiences

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft WCCE protocol and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS)
  • Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts
  • Experience with certificate-based authentication and security best practices
  • Proficiency in .NET development for certificate management automation
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory environments
  • Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Excellent written and communications skills in English, French verbal a plus
  • Goal-oriented independent working method
  • Adaptable, dynamic, resilient team player
  • High social competence and resilience
  • And last but not least, a good pinch of humor and enjoyment of the work

Preferred qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, MCSE: Core Infrastructure)
  • Experience with third-party PKI solutions and certificate authorities
  • Knowledge of network security protocols and encryption standards
