Your challenges and areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that project goals align with the product vision and strategy
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely delivery
• Manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to keep the project on track
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, Marketing & Sales, to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management
• Conduct project retrospectives and post-mortem analysis to identify areas for improvement

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, project leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Monday.com, or similar is a plus
• PMP, IPMA or other relevant certifications is a plus
• Goal-oriented independent working method
• High social competence and resilience
• And last but not least, a good pinch of humour and enjoyment of the work
